The Newest Release: Freedom in Captivity Available now!

Freedom in Captivity is for anyone looking to achieve a life of happiness and true freedom. We are reminded each year during the Passover Seder, “This year we are slaves, next year we will be free people.” How do we stop being captives and how do we become free as the Jews did over 3,333 years ago during the Exodus of Egypt? The answer is revealed in this real life correspondence of letters between a Jew living in Jerusalem and a Jew held captive in a U.S. prison. The practical advice found in each letter about achieving happiness and finding faith amongst all obstacles will provide insight and inspiration for anyone looking to achieve a life of happiness and true freedom. Torah Research & Learning

Torah Health is dedicated to Torah Research. Primarily this involves learning the Oral Torah, the Written Torah, the Jewish Laws, and Chassidic teachings and thus, when Torah Health prints a book, booklet, or sends an email, all the teachings and messages are fully sourced, translated, and explained based upon in-depth Torah learning and research.

Moreover, the act of Torah study and learning is a central foundation in one's spiritual, physical, and emotional health. Thus, Torah Health tries to inspire and facilitate Torah learning through sending Torah books and being available to learn with students in person and over the phone.

Email are a wonderful way to publish Torah Health teachings since they are distributed freely and conveniently. The Torah Health email list addresses a wide variety of topics including the Weekly Torah Portion, upcoming Jewish Holidays, current events, and general character building.

What does the Torah Health logo mean?

As Rebbe Nahcman explains, "All of the sicknesses and diseases come from depression and sadness, and happiness is a great remedy" (Likutey Moharan II:24)... (click here for the full explanation)
